New cocktail: A Nice Pear of Melons
Created this over the weekend, inspired by Vons having a sale on Absolut Pears. Easy, tasty, and (thanks to Lingster) a great name.
- 1.5 oz Absolut Pears
- 1 oz Ikea Elderflower syrup
- 2 oz juice of cantalope/honeydew (puréed fruit is ok too)
- 2 oz club soda
Just add the above into a low-ball with ice, stir, and think melons.
